Owner-minded.
Specific to a fault.
/ 01
Own the operating details.
The useful work is usually pricing models, data ingest, cash discipline, customer calls, and the machinery that keeps a company alive. I like that part.
/ 02
Bias to specifics.
Vague founders make vague companies. I try to talk like a P&L: who, what, by when, at what cost. If I'm not specific, I haven't thought about it enough.
/ 03
Think like an owner.
Capital and companies punish tourists. I care about who gets paid, where margin comes from, what breaks first, and whether the work compounds after the obvious story is gone.
Let's build
something serious.
For coffee, capital, or a real partnership — pick the channel that fits and I'll get back to you.
