Ship the unsexy 80%.
The first 80% of any product is plumbing — pricing models, data ingest, auth, deploy. I do that part well, then earn the right to do the interesting 20%.
/ 02
Bias to specifics.
Vague founders make vague companies. I try to talk like a P&L: who, what, by when, at what cost. If I'm not specific, I haven't thought about it enough.
/ 03
Build the second brain.
I treat my own workflow as a product — Praetor exists because I needed it before anyone else did. The best tools are dogfooded for a year before they're sold.
Ask me anything.
It's actually me.
An agent trained on my bio, my projects, and how I write. It knows what I'm building, what I'm reading, and what I'd say about your idea. Faster than email; honest enough to admit when only the human me will do.
Let's build
something serious.
For coffee, capital, or the rare partnership — pick the channel that fits and I'll get back to you in business hours.
