Summer in Fremont. I led a full website redesign and integrated Shopify to automate invoicing — site traffic up 40%. Alongside that I built and maintained financial forecasting models that surfaced performance trends and risk indicators for leadership review, and deployed software systems that streamlined sales operations and customer service workflows.

The site
Took the existing site to studs and rebuilt on Shopify with a custom Liquid theme. Wired invoicing to flow off the cart, removing a meaningful chunk of weekly admin from the team.

The numbers
Built rolling forecasts in Excel + Power BI for leadership reviews — driver-based, with sensitivity tables that made the assumptions auditable rather than vibes-based.
